Arrest warrant for Newtown man accused of handling stolen goods

A warrant has been issued for a Newtown man after he failed to show up for a court hearing.

Franics Barr, 23, was due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 20, to answer two charges – one of handling stolen goods and one of failing to comply with a suspended sentence order.
