Conservatives launch new eight-point plan for growing Powys economy

An eight-point plan for the future of Mid Wales has been unveiled by the Conservative Party.

The plan was launched at the first day of the Show in Llanelwedd and the party says it will help "end a quarter of a century of Labour rule in Wales".
