Town Councillors to vote on a virement allowing the town clock to be upgraded to LED and to potentially change colour

At the next meeting of Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn Town Council, town councillors are set to vote on a virement to move £2,000 from the council's reserves to pay for changing the town clock's lighting to LED and to 'potentially give increased controllability'.

However, the report recommends that before procurement of a system that the level of security should be confirmed.
