Grassroots team has to find a new home

Local grassroots junior football team Newtown Whitestars have bene told they can no longer use facilities at Latham Park, home of Newtown AFC.

Newtown AFC has told the team that because it is increasing its Category A academy from two to three training sessions a week it cannot sustain other teams using its pitch and facilities.
