Newtown drug driver pulled over by same officer three times

A DRUG driver has received a three-year disqualification after he was caught behind the wheel twice in less than three months.

On each occasion, John Parratt, was over the legal limit for cannabis. At Welshpool Magistrates’ Court this week he was handed a mandatory three-year ban because it was the second time he had been convicted of drug driving in a 10-year period.
