A banned driver who caused a three-vehicle collision after claiming he suffered a sneezing fit has been handed a suspended jail sentence.

James Lowe, who was banned from the road for drink driving in January 2021, told officers at the scene of the accident on July 8 near Welshpool that he had consumed alcohol prior to getting behind the wheel – but now denies having done so.
