Newtown man who admits drug driving to argue 'special reasons'

A man from Newtown will appear in court next week to put forward a special reasons argument as to why he had cannabis in his system when he was pulled over by police.

Benjamin Jones, 31, admitted a charge of drug driving when he appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court earlier this month.
