Newtown drug driver banned after police stop

A motorist from Newtown who was pulled over by the police was almost twice the drug driving limit.

Matthew Jared Williams, 47, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay the court £253 when he admitted the offence at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court.
