Skye Day from Newtown bit a police officer so hard they needed hospital attention, as he attempted to arrest her for attacking her partner.

Day, 18, was sentenced at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday for the “pretty shocking” incidents that led her to be placed in a caged police vehicle.
