Serena Yapp struck Megan Williams with a bottle at the Steam Mill last year, which caused a significant facial injury and left the victim with a scar.

Yapp, of Lon Eithin, Newtown, admitted a charge of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent when she appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court this week.

Magistrates said sentencing would be dealt with by the crown court in Mold where sentencing is scheduled for 5th July 2022.
