Man and woman deny assault and elect crown court trial

A man and women accused of assaulting a man in Newtown last July have denied the offence and elected to have their trial heard at the crown court.

Faye Marie Benyon, 22, and Thomas Robert Heard, 30, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 7.
