A motorbike rider clocked doing 110 miles per hour on the Newtown Bypass has been ordered to pay more than £1,000 in court costs and fines.

Graham Alan Titley was riding his Ducati Diavel Strada when he was caught by a speedometer doing almost double the speed limit on March 23 this year.
