A Newtown man’s driving ban for smoking cannabis will come at a “most difficult time” for him, a court has heard.

Kevin Miller, 67, had 2.5 micrograms of the Class B drug in his system when police pulled him over last August – the highest amount of cannabis you are allowed to have in your system while driving is two micrograms.
