Simon's remarkable journey began four decades ago when he first set up his humble fish stall at the bustling Newtown Charter Market. Over the years, he has become a familiar face and a well-respected figure among locals. Known for his warm smile and passion for all things seafood, Simon has been an integral part of the community, catering to the diverse tastes and preferences of his customers.

To mark this momentous occasion, Cllr Val Howard, Chair of the Services Committee of Newtown Town Council, and Operations Manager Lee Evans presented Simon with a special certificate of recognition.
