Patients, believed to be children, airlifted from Newtown

AN unknown number of people, believed to be children, were airlifted to hospital following an incident in Newtown this morning.

The Wales Air Ambulance have confirmed that they attended an incident in the town, which is believed to have occurred near Newtown Cricket Club, and treated more than one patient at the scene.
