In a social media post, the council acknowledges the excitement and anticipation surrounding the MUGA sports court but emphasizes that it is not yet ready for public use. The construction area is marked with visible signs and safety barriers, indicating that it is off-limits to the public.

"Our primary concern is ensuring the safety of our residents and visitors," said the spokesperson for Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn Town Council. "While we appreciate the enthusiasm, we kindly request everyone to respect the construction process and refrain from entering the MUGA sports court until we officially announce the opening date."

The spokesperson expressed gratitude for the community's cooperation and understanding, stating, "We sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and eagerness of our residents to use the new MUGA sports court. Together, let's make it a fantastic place for everyone to enjoy. Your patience will be rewarded with a remarkable facility once it is officially open."
